From Chaos to Clarity
AAN12 (Addiction Action Network) helps individuals and families build meaningful lives beyond addiction - extending support far past the 30-90 day treatment window into a lifelong companion for recovery, community, and stability.

Why ongoing support matters
The Post-Treatment Gap
The Clinical Drop-off
Millions struggle with substance and behavioral addictions. Most conventional clinical solutions cease support directly after 30 to 90 days of treatment. Once discharged, individuals enter the hardest phase: rebuilding an entire lifestyle from scratch, often completely alone.
Fragmented Resources
Current post-treatment assets are isolated and disconnected:
- Sober spaces are typically categorized strictly as 'Sober / Not Sober' with zero behavioral nuance.
- Social platforms do not cater to specialized recovery types or secure mutual check-ins.
- Families and support circles are left out of active connection loops.
The Slogan and Core Sourcing Mission of AAN12
Strength, Courage, Wisdom
AAN12 exists to give people in recovery a lasting home - not just treatment, but ongoing community, trusted resources, and real connection for assimilating back into society and sustaining a healthier lifestyle without the fear of a relapse.
Our first initiative
Recovery Match
Recovery Match is our idea for connecting people in recovery, and the families around them, to the kinds of support that usually disappear after treatment. It’s being introduced as a concept and validated with the people it’s meant to serve, not sold as a finished product.
Where things stand today
There is no matching algorithm behind Recovery Match. Every request that comes in is read and followed up on personally by a member of the AAN12 team. You never need an account to ask for help.
What happens when you reach out
- A real person reads it.
- You get a personal follow-up.
- Nothing is automated.
